Marketplace Rules
These policies describe how Larva Factory currently operates the marketplace. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions where Larva Factory and its users operate before being relied on in production.
These rules apply to buyers and partners on Larva Factory. They exist to keep orders fair, payments protected, and communication usable.
Conduct
On Larva Factory: no harassment, no credential sharing, no account password collection, and no claiming affiliation with game publishers. Listings must match the delivered service.
Payments and communication
Customers introduced through the marketplace should use the marketplace for future related commercial transactions. Marketplace chat may be analyzed for fraud, security, payment diversion, and compliance.
What is not allowed
External payment requests, selling future services outside Larva Factory, sharing payment information for circumvention, encouraging buyers to cancel and pay directly, and repeated solicitation outside the marketplace.
What is allowed
Ordinary Discord coordination needed for gameplay, legitimate Battle.net communication, and in-game party invites required to complete a booked run.
Reporting
If a partner asks you to pay outside Larva Factory, report it from the order page. Valid reports may qualify for marketplace credit after review. Rewards are never issued automatically.
